Group Reformer Class

The Group Reformer class is a 55-minute full body workout on the Pilates reformer. Each workout consists of a series of exercises that will sculpt your body by lengthening your muscles, increase your core strength, range of motion and flexibility. Class will offer a variety of challenging exercises. Small props may be added to increase intensity.

Space limited to 5 participants; small classes allows each person to get individual attention and modifications if required. In order to attend class, it is required to have prior experience or a minimum of 3 privates prior to attending class.

Xtend Barre® Class

The Xtend Barre® Workout is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast! Each class will vary in exercises and props to keep your body challenged.

Classes are all level and limited to 8 participants. Non-Skid socks are required for sanitary and safety reasons. No prior experience required.

Yoga Flow Class

Joins us for a fun, all level yoga flow class. Come ready to get centered, stretched out and learn how to move with your breath thru a series of yoga poses.

Classes are limited to 8 participants. No prior experience required.  (CLASS SUSPENDED)

Studio Class Policies

  • All classes require a reservation
  • All reservations requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within less than 24-hour notice, we will do our best to fill your spot with someone from the wait list. In the event that we do, you will be early cancelled.
  • Walk-ins are not recommended for reformer classes. You may walk-in for barre or yoga class if spaces are available.
  • All classes require a minimum of 2 participants in order to have a class.
  • Non-Skid socks are highly recommended for Xtend barre. Socks are available for purchase at the studio.
