South Tampa Pilates Sessions

Pilates is a form of exercise that was created by Joseph Pilates to provide the perfect balance between Body and Mind. Pilates exercises are designed to develop your body in proper alignment, strengthen your core and lengthen your muscles. The continued practice of Pilates will correct your posture, help your balance and coordination, and leave you with a long sleek physique and re-energized mind.

PRIVATE PILATES SESSION


Private appointments are one-on-one sessions tailored to your individual needs. It is perfect if you are learning Pilates, prefer the personal attention, or are recovering from an injury. Various Pilates equipment, including the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Ladder Barrel, and Chair, will be used to strengthen and lengthen your muscles while maintaining proper alignment.

Each session will be 50 minutes. Depending on the scheduled appointment time, other sessions/class may be occurring simultaneously.

SEMI PRIVATE PILATES SESSION


Semi-private appointments are for 2 people working with 1 instructor. It’s ideal if you enjoy the personal attention of your instructor, yet also like to workout with a friend or partner.

Prices are per person. A semi-private appointment must be scheduled for each person.

In the event one person early-cancels their appointment, it will NOT automatically cancel the other person's appointment. The still-scheduled person will have the option of upgrading the session to a Private if they wish to keep the reservation. In the event one person late-cancels their appointment, it will NOT automatically cancel the other person. The still-scheduled person will be expected to arrive at the studio for their appointment, and will be charged for the semi-private appointment as usual.

Each session will be 50 minutes. Depending on the scheduled appointment time, other sessions/class may be occurring simultaneously.

REFORMER GROUP CLASS


Each reformer group class is geared towards building strength and flexibility while emphasizing proper alignment. Classes will vary in style and structure depending on the instructor. Classes are small in size to ensure that you are executing each movement safely in the proper form.

Each class is 50 minutes. Prior experience is required. For beginners, we recommend a minimum of 3 private sessions before attending a group class. If you have experience, we recommend you start by utilizing our "1st Appointment for $45" offer, for assessment purposes. Classes may not be appropriate for pre-natal clients or if you have an injury that restricts movement.
