Mom Camp is Here: Pilates, Wellness, and a Snack (Because You Deserve It)
Summer is officially for the moms, too.

We teamed up with The Recovery Room to bring you Mom Camp, running June 1 through July 31, 2026. Think of it as summer camp for the person who has been dropping everyone else off at summer camp. You show up with two friends, move your body, recover like a pro, and eat a snack. That's it. That's the whole plan.
Here's how it works:
Grab your crew (max 3 people per group) and choose your experience:
- Express Camp | 60 min. | $100 for 3 people A 25 min. Pilates class focused on arms, abs, or bum, plus one Recovery Room session (red light therapy, cold plunge, or infrared sauna) and a snack.
- Extended Camp | 90 min. | $149 for 3 people A 50 min. Pilates class focused on arms, abs, or bum, plus one Recovery Room session and a snack.
Camp runs at 405 to 407 E. Oak Avenue in Tampa Heights, with parking in the back lot or free street parking. Hours vary week to week between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear athletic gear, bring a water bottle, and grab your grip socks.
