Natalie received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Montreal, Canada, and studied at the College of Osteopathy in Montreal. She is a Certified Polestar Pilates instructor, trained under the direction of Shelly Power and Brent Anderson, and also a Pilates Method Alliance member. Additionally, she is a certified Xtend Barre instructor.

Natalie incurred a back injury at a crucial time in her life. After several years of Pilates training for herself, as a form of rehabilitation, she decided to help others heal themselves with this powerful and mindful exercise. Adding 15 years of ballet studies and performance, her passion for movement and proper alignment brought her to study Pilates for dancers.

Since 2009, she has applied this breadth of knowledge to her Pilates and Barre clientele. But, Natalie envisioned creating her own studio space with harmonious energy — an environment where everyone could work together to provide the highest quality services to clients of all fitness levels. In 2014, Body Aligned Pilates & Wellness was born!

Natalie also brought another dream to life in 2016 — her baby daughter! Up until two days before delivery, Natalie was still in the studio teaching Pilates. That personal experience makes her uniquely qualified to instruct (and encourage) pre- and postnatal clients.

Maria is a fully Certified Pilates Instructor as well as a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certified teacher. In her native country of Spain, she was a professional dancer. When she moved to New York City in 2005 to dance, Maria discovered the huge benefits of Pilates and decided to become a Pilates instructor. She completed her Pilates training with the Kelly Kane School in NYC and well known for their rehab-oriented approach.

Maria has been working with clients who have injuries: hip replacements, disc herniations, stenosis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, arthritis, knees, shoulders injuries, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Because of her dance background, she is also very interested and attuned to working with athletes. She has an extensive education in Pilates training for both tennis players and golfers. Plus, she created a Pilates program for football players, ranging from high school to professional. She most recently has been working with cancer patients and cancer survivors.

After completing a Posturology course at the St.John-Clark Pain Treatment Center in Clearwater, Maria is now a specialist in postural analysis. Take advantage of her ability to assess and correct muscular imbalances in your body by scheduling a postural assessment appointment with her.

Olivia relocated to New York from Northern Ireland, and started her career in wellness and physical fitness in 2006. She completed her Pilates training with both Polestar Pilates and Balanced Body and is also a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor.

Olivia's passion to teach Pilates started with the realization that Pilates can increase strength, balance, overall well-being, flexibility and decrease risk of injury — and that Pilates has validated, restorative properties felt by all ages, all skill levels, and all backgrounds. She has trained a variety of clients including athletes, the military, law enforcement personnel, teenagers, the middle-aged, and the greatest generation...Seniors. As a proud military Blue Star Mother and Blue Star Spouse of a disabled combat veteran, Olivia knows all too well how pain and injuries can be debilitative, and she has seen improvements in the quality of life in direct response to Pilates training.

Olivia lives her motto "Motion is Lotion" by teaching Pilates, Spin, and aqua-based classes. Plus, she is continually expanding her repertoire of advanced skills and equipment. Her recent Oov training has been very popular with clients seeking to increase stability throughout their spine, joints and abdomen.

Pilates helped rid JoAnn of nagging sciatica, which caused a shooting pain from her low back all the way down her leg. At the same time, she started taking Pilates at her gym. Within a few months, her sciatica was relieved. Now, fifteen years later, she almost never feels that pain! When she does feel a twinge, JoAnn knows exactly what to do to relieve it — Pilates.

Chiropractic, physical therapy and other manual manipulations play an important role in body health. But JoAnn believes the most important role is the one you play in keeping your body fit and strong. No one and nothing else can do it for you. You simply must move!

In her early 40s, JoAnn became certified as a Pilates instructor. She's now fully certified in both mat and equipment with more than 500 hours of training in Pilates, anatomy and personal training. She attends conferences and trains with other instructors (most notably an intensive training with Pilates Elder, Mary Bowen).

Eighteen years after her initial certification, she is still strong and fit. But, JoAnn credits Pilates for doing more than merely building her physical strength and tone; it helped her feel better in her body. As she says, "It brought me joy of movement!"

Whether you are 25 or 65, she can help you feel better, too.

Mary Susan's love of dance began at the age of five in her hometown, Nashville, Tennessee. She competed at the highest level in Scottish Highland dance until the age of 18, when she quit competing to concentrate on modern dance, ballet, theater and horseback riding.

Mary Susan earned her BA Cum Laude in both Dance and Theater from Sweet Briar College in 2009. After college, Mary Susan moved to New York City where she lived for the next eight years. During those years, she studied and danced with the Jose Limon Institute, Mosaic Dance Theater Company, began her Cyr wheel career and performed at venues all throughout NYC.

During this time, she discovered the GYROTONIC® method by first working at the desk, taking privates and eventually deciding to become a certified instructor. She continues to teach, work and perform here in Florida, having moved to the area just about a year ago. Mary Susan is a certified GYROTONIC® instructor, as well as a modern and Highland dance teacher, aerial arts instructor and Director of Cyr Wheel at Dance and Circus Arts of Tampa Bay.

Elizabeth's experience in Mind/Body Fitness began in 1986 as a young, training ballerina. She utilized Pilates and Yoga techniques as a means of cross-conditioning and injury prevention. She continued her education and experiences with Pilates throughout her professional dancing and teaching career to eventually become certified by the Physicalmind Institute in 2001. She became certified by Artforms of Italy to teach the Master Stretch Boot Series that same year.

Elizabeth sought alternative methods of therapy following hip and shoulder injuries that resulted from a previous pregnancy and a later auto accident. She was so impressed with the healing qualities and relief of pain she experienced through the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® method that she went on to become certified in the in the method in 2001. She has since continued her studies to complete over 2000 teacher training hours on all of the specialized equipment, Applications for Therapeutic Rehab, and to become a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer under the tutelage of the system's inventor, Juliu Horvath. Elizabeth is currently seeking her 200-hour RYT in Prana Flow Yoga under Shiva Rea.
