At Body Aligned we believe that Pilates is for life! It's not just an isolated hour of physical activity. The flow of movement in Pilates will carry over into your day-to-day life by improving body awareness, proper alignment, posture and mobility through all the twisting, bending, lifting and flexing you do every day. The precision of Pilates movements and breath control also will help improve your concentration, balance, coordination and overall well-being. 


Pilates will enhance your stability by strengthening the muscles closest to the spine. Pilates is a perfect workout on its own, or as a compliment to your other activities or sports. Athletes have benefitted from increased core strength and increased range of motion in golf, tennis, basketball, football and dance.


The beauty of Pilates is that it is completely accessible to all ages, all fitness levels, and even for pre and postnatal clients or for injury prevention and recovery. We’ve developed programs for male and female clients from 19 to 90. Private sessions are tailored to your individual conditions, restrictions and goals. Each session will leave you feeling better, taller and aligned.
